I’m a 1950s-loving mama of five (two grown and three still at home), married to my best friend for over 20 years. I’m a children’s librarian by day, a college student by night, and somewhere in between I will be renovating our very first home that sits on a few acres — complete with a pond and big dreams.
This space is where all of that meets.
Here you’ll find real-life motherhood — not the polished version, the lived-in one. You’ll see mid-century inspired style on a realistic budget, home projects as we slowly make this house ours, bookish joy and librarian life, honest product reviews, and practical how-to’s we’re learning along the way.
I believe in creating beauty in everyday life.
